Q: How many weight combinations are there?
A: With the Wincebar you can create 7 differently weighted pairs of dumbells and 7 differently weighted longbars. See the Weight Chart under 'WHAT IS THE WINCEBAR?' or 'WHAT IS THE WINCEBAR TF'. The 'TF' Weight Vest is adjustable from 3 pounds to 15 pounds, and the 'TF' palm gloves are 1.5 pounds each.
Q: How is this weight set different from others? A: This weight set utilizes a patented system of internally loaded weights. This creates a unique balance throughout the bar, unlike traditional weight sets where to weight is centralized over the ends of the bar. The weight balance in the Wincebar therefore applies stress to the muscle in a much more effective manner. Additionally, the Wincebar's portability is unmatched, unless of course you compare it to the Wincebar TF which includes the TF Vest and Palm Gloves. Q: Why is the grip area of the bar so wide?
A: The grip area of the Wincebar was designed to relieve the stress from the small bones in the palm of the hand which is typically felt when using bars with more narrow grip areas. The wide grip of the Wincebar is also a benefit for those with an arthritic hand condition or weakend grip strength.
Q: Is this enough weight for a good workout? A: Many people are under the false impression that you need to train with an extreme amount of weight in order to improve muscle size and strength.
